The finalists most voted by the traveler

T

he finalists of the Cruceroadicto 2025 Awards represent excellence recognized by those who really matter: the travelers themselves.

For more than three months, thousands of Spanish-speaking cruisers from around the world share their real-life experiences, voting for the cruise lines, ships and ports that have impressed them the most during their vacations.

Of the 1,184 candidates that compete, only  56 have become finalists. This means that less than 5% reaches this distinction.

Becoming a finalist means more than being among the best: it means to have won the confidence and satisfaction of travelers without filters, without marketing, and without intermediaries.

Only the authentic voices of those who have lived every moment on board and in every destination determine who deserves to be on this select and exclusive list.

Inspired by the Oscars

A transparent and exciting process

The Cruceroadicto Awards follow a similar process to that of the Oscar film awardsWe guarantee maximum transparency and credibility at every stage:

Phase 1: Eligible candidates

As well as The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences selects the films eligible for the Oscar, our editorial team pre-selects the voting candidates based on objective criteria: cruise lines, ships and ports accessible to Spanish-speaking cruisers.

Phase 2: The traveler votes

For 3.5 months (September 1 - December 21, 2025), the international cruise community votes among all candidates. Intelligent system automatically classifies each vote by characteristicsIf you vote for Royal Caribbean, it counts for "family cruise line"; if you vote for Celebrity Beyond, it counts for "premium ship", for example.

Phase 3: Announcement of finalists

The same as when the Oscar nominations are announced in its different awards, on January 8, 2026 the 3 most voted candidates will be publicly disclosed in each category. Only this select group of finalists is eligible for the final award.

Here is the key: Only categories that exceed the minimum threshold of votes are created.. The community decides which categories deserve to be awarded. If few vote for expedition companies, that category is not created. The voices of the traveler are truly visible.

Phase 4: Proclamation ceremony

As in the Oscars, the finalists know who the winner is, at the same time as the public, when the envelopes are opened. during the ceremony at FITUR on January 22nd.

✱ Suspense guaranteed: No finalist or media know the results until the moment of the proclamation. All counting remains secret under the control of We-iN.

Every vote counts, every category matters

Your favorite cruise line, ship or port may be a finalist, but it's entirely up to you and the community.

If you want to see a specific category at the proclamation ceremony, your vote can be decisive. Specialized categories need the support of your travelers to materialize.

Vote from September 1 to December 21 and is part of the decision on who are the best cruise ships in 2025.
