The Cruceroadicto 2025 Awards run from September 2025 to January 2026.
During these months all the phases of the process take placeFrom the opening of voting until the award ceremony at FITUR Madrid.

Details per phase
Voting phase (September 1 - December 21)
For voters:
- Online voting available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Simple process: choose cruise line, ship and favorite port
- Estimated time: less than 5 minutes
- No registration or personal data required
For candidates:
- Promotion allowed without incentives or consideration
- It is forbidden to offer gifts or raffles for voting
- Transparent monitoring of the process
We-iN Processing Phase (December 22 - January 7)
- Validation of all votes received
- Elimination of duplicates and fraud
- Determination of valid categories by minimum number of votes
- Identification of finalists by category
Announcement phase (January 8 - January 21)
For finalists:
- Personal communication to each of the finalists
- Official invitation to FITUR ceremony to finalists
- Confirmation of attendance required
For the community:
- Public announcement of finalists
Proclamation Ceremony (January 22)
Development of the event:
- Location: FITUR Cruises Auditorium, Madrid
- Schedule: Thursday (professional B2B day)
- Format: Oscar-type disclosure category by category
- Attendees: Finalists, port authorities, managers, media, etc.
