Dince the birth of the Cruceroadicto Awards, we have been clear about the values to be defended.
For to unite them to our essence We have turned them into firm commitments to the travel community and the cruise industry.
These commitments are not mere declarations of intent. Each of them is measured, verified and reported with full transparency so that the community can validate its effective compliance.
Commitments OF THE CRUISEROADICTO AWARDS
Each of these commitments is part of the audited base that ensures the integrity of the entire process:
TRANSPARENCY
Establishing systems that authenticate votes, guaranteeing that they all come from people and not from a robot.
Reliability
Awarding prizes based on a minimum number of votes (sampling error below 5%).
Anonymity and confidentiality
Voting process where no identification data is requested from the participant.
Simplicity
Voting methodology where participants can complete the voting process in less than 5 minutes if done in an uninterrupted manner.
Independence
Where the participation and vote counting process is carried out by an external company (We-iN).
Update
By collecting among the options of shipping companies, ships and destinations those that have operated during the season and would have been marketed by the largest cruise platforms in the world.
Security
Accepting only valid votes to avoid double voting attempts.
Global
Making voting available to any Spanish-speaking cruiser with Internet access anywhere in the world.
Measurement and verification of compliance

- Anonymity and confidentiality: No. of personally identified voters (target 0, outcome 0)
- Independence: Participation of external company in vote counting (target Yes, result Yes: We-iN)
- Update: Number of ports, cruise lines and cruise ships operating in 2025 not included in the voting questionnaire (target 0, result 0)
- Security: % of votes in double IP (target 0%, result 0%)
- Globality: 24/7 availability for voting (target 100%, result 100%)
Voting periods
- For the Premios Cruceroadicto 2025, the voting period was from September 1, 2025 to December 21, 2025.
Participation
- 5.012 valid participants.

Remediation protocol
In case of non-compliance with one or more of the established commitments is detected, Cruceroadicto will adopt the following corrective measures:
- Communication of the incident and the established corrective action to voters and participants.
- Establishment of corrective measures to prevent future similar incidents.
Incident detection mechanisms can be either internal to Cruceroadicto (indicators and controls) or reported by users.
MAILBOX FOR QUERIES, INCIDENTS AND SUGGESTIONS
Voters and any other agent of the ecosystem of these awards can report possible non-compliance with the service and commitments acquired through this mailbox.
